Virtual Facilitator Certification
This certification empowers you to discover, cultivate, and apply essential skills for the modern age of virtual training, presenting, and facilitation.
Following the Virtual Facilitator’s Capability Model, you’ll immerse in an online world of demonstrations, hands-on experiences, practical exercises, coaching sessions, and valuable feedback on the journey to mastery. Engage in dynamic discussions that help guide you on the usage of new tools and approaches with virtual learning and hybrid approaches in today’s modern world.
The Virtual Facilitation program consists of:
- 6 interactive online sessions
- Each lasting 2 hours, followed by 1–2 hours of independent application assignments.

You will receive the following:
- Learn directly from Kassy LaBorie
- Virtual Platform Checklists
- Discussion, feedback, and networking time
- A Virtual Training Hero badge is earned which can be shared on your choice of social media platforms, internally and externally
- A session recording is available for one week
- A participant manual which has content, resources, and a job aid
- All sessions delivered through Zoom, although other platforms are discussed. Zoom is only needed for this program. Download the Zoom Meetings Desktop Client and ensure your version is up to date. Do not use the mobile application or the web browser version for this certification. https://zoom.us/download
- Each session is recorded, is completely confidential, and available for one week following the date of the session.

Kassy LaBorie Consulting LLC has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. Maximum points vary by course.
