Sometimes getting participants to unmute and participate in conversations can be a challenge.
Try using a Quote Connect activity!
💭Choose and arrange a few quotes connected to your topic on a slide or some other shared screen. Make sure to provide the quotes in a variety of accessible ways to include all participants.
⏱️Give them time to review each one.
🧑🏼🤝🧑🏽Breakout in small groups to discuss which one resonates and why.
🤔Prepare your debrief questions, connecting them to the topic of the training.
